"Michael Feldman and his staff were absolutely exceptional from start to finish! As a small business owner, it s daunting and intimidating to take on such a large technical upgrade. This is especially true when you are trying to learn new (complex) systems and at the same time minimize any downtime that would disrupt and impact daily business functionality. Michael completely understood our concerns and accommodated our schedule by tirelessly working during non-business hours remotely to resolve a few unexpected software related glitches. His dedication, determination and professionalism truly sets him and his organization apart from other service industry companies we’ve worked with. As consumers and small business owners, we’ve had our fair share of disappointing experiences, from home repairs to working with vendors.
