Q: What does a birthday party at X3O gaming center include?

Our birthday parties include unlimited GameTime™ on our PCs, Xbox 360s, Nintendo Wii and Playstation 3 as well as Pizza, Sodas, Balloons, Plates, Cups, and Napkins. We take care of everything from set-up to cleanup except for the cake! An X3O gaming birthday party also includes dedicated staff members who provide assistance as needed and ensure everyone is involved in the fun.

Q: How much does an X3O gaming birthday party cost? Is there a fixed cost per child?

All of our birthday parties are based on a custom quote that is derived from the items you choose to include in your party. This provides our customers a cost-effective party without limitations or minimum requirements. The interchangeable components of a package are the length of the party, number of guests attending, number of large pizzas, number of two liter sodas, number of invitations and gift bags. The only thing you need to supply is the cake.

Q: How many children usually come to a birthday party at X3O?

X3O birthday parties can accommodate up to 35 children. We have a variety of games from racing to tennis that keep them engaged and interacting with each other for hours!

Q: What is the average age for birthday party children?

Our parties are for children of all ages. We have hosted parties for groups starting around age 7; however, it may be difficult for younger children who have not had a lot of exposure to video games to adapt to playing new games with others. That being said, we always have a dedicated staff member ready to help make sure everyone is having a great time.

Q: How long are most birthday parties?

Most parties are between 2 and 2.5 hours along, however we can accommodate any party length, even special overnight events!

Q: What kind of food is offered with a birthday party?

Most parties choose our pizza package with Papa John’s Pizza. This includes large pizzas with any toppings, as well as 2-Liter sodas. On average, most children have two slices each, so we would recommend one large pizza for every four attendees.

If pizza isn’t your “thing” we also offer catered sandwiches and wraps from our local partners iZe’s Bagel & Deli and The Bean Bag.

The only things we do not provide for parties are cakes; however we do encourage you to bring your own.

Q: What are my options if I do not want food from X3O?

We have several options to choose from. If you want to completely provide your own food and not purchase any food packages from X3O, there is a $5.00 per person charge. There is no charge to bring snacks and food in addition to a food package purchased from X3O. You may also choose to have no food at the party (purchased from X3O or outside food); this option has no additional charge.

Q: How will a dedicated staff member facilitate fun at your party?

We know that some parents feel lost when it comes to video games. That is why every X3O birthday party has its own dedicated staff member. They help guests get set up playing their favorite games with their friends, or help get them to the next level if they are stuck.

Q: Do you offer birthday party invitations?

We are happy to provide the invitations for your party. X3O official invitations include our logo, directions to our center and the party information for your invited guests. You provide us with a list of guests; we’ll take care of the rest!

Q: Do you offer birthday party “goody bags”?

Yes. “Goody bags” are a great way to give your party an extra kick! They include candy and one hour of GameTime™ to X3O Gaming Center. Custom “goody bags” are available upon request and can include t-shirts, video games, hats, equipment and more.
Q: How do I know that my child is not being exposed to violent/mature video games?

X3O Gaming Center follows the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) ratings posted on all video games. By default customers under 13, will not be able to play (T) Teen rated games; customers under 17 you will not be able to play (M) Mature rated games. Most of our games are rated (T) Teen or (E) for Everyone including popular titles like Guitar Hero, Rock band, Mario Party, Harry Potter and more. Q: How do I book a party?

Just call us at (301)-816-9055. An X3O representative is ready to answer all of your questions and provide pricing details. To reserve your requested date/time and lockout other parties, we require a deposit of 50% of the total cost.

Q: What if I have changes that I need to make?

We request that all changes to your party be made at least 7 days before the party. You are welcome to change any of the factors of your party including the number of people, length of party, pizzas and sodas. We will adjust the remaining balance due for your party according to the changes you make upon checkout. There is no fee for changes made at least 7 days before the party. The party fee is fixed 7 days before the party. Additions are acceptable at any time.
